Chief Commercial Officer Matt Harper was invited to address the UK House of Lords Economic Affairs Committee’s enquiry into UK Energy Supply and Investment in a special session held on Tuesday 10 May 2022. The Committee, chaired by The Lord Bridges of Headley MBE, heard evidence from Matt on the advantages of Vanadium Flow Batteries for energy storage, how much long duration storage the UK will need by 2030 and 2050 and what support is required from Government to encourage investment in battery technology.
