Regional responsibility for customer operations in North America and Asia Pacific, optimising operational performance of our energy storage systems, customer satisfaction and positive customer relationships. You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience leading customer-facing field operations (specifically utility and renewable market, ideally energy storage); an Engineering degree or diploma is desirable. Responsible for maintaining and repairing Invinity’s products in the field including supporting installation and commissioning in North America and the Asia-Pacific region. You will bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills of electrical systems and the ability to implement solutions on the job, both electrical and mechanical. Broad competence using common hand tools, electrical wiring equipment and diagnostic devices is required. We are seeking a skilled technician who has people skills to interface with our customers, a passion for solving challenging problems, and ability to present feedback from the field to our team. Responsible for the operation, service and repair of Invinity projects in the field, you will be the front line of response for customer service requests in North America. You will bring strong electrical systems analytical and troubleshooting skills and the ability to engineer solutions on the job, both electrical and mechanical. A strong understanding of the selection and use of appropriate tools for maintaining grid-connected electrical equipment is required. We are also continuing to grow our manufacturing capability and are currently recruiting for roles within both our Bathgate, UK and Vancouver, Canada Manufacturing teams:
Will provide manufacturing expertise in the assembly of flow batteries. Including the mounting of electrical panels and the use of pumps and air compressors. We are seeking a candidate who can use hand and machine tools and complete work to high degree of accuracy. Job Posting
Will assist with wiring control panels and the full electrical testing of machines. You will be required to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings and have experience in a similar role. Job Posting
Assembler (Vancouver, Canada)
Will assist assemble battery stacks and final product. Experience in a manufacturing environment, mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and strong attention to detail are essential. Fork lift experience and/or first aid would be an asset. (No separate job posting)
